Scotty’s Birthday

Fantastically beautiful day today! Also Scotty’s Happy Birthday. After a great deal of arm twisting (roughly four seconds), he talked me into riding dirt bikes. We hit mostly trails, but found our way around the track for about 20 minutes. Little rutted and rough from the rain storms, but it felt good being in the saddle!

I followed up the ride with a large dose of vitamin D in lizard style. Truly a good day!
