On day two now. Been dropping in the coconut water kefir, Kombucha and a <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00013YQZQ?ie=UTF8&tag=food-item-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B00013YQZQ" target="_blank">PB 8 probiotic</a> and things are going great with the stomach. No doubt I'll be shedding some poundage too while still remaining strong! I really think this is going to work for me this time. On day two now.
