It’s Not Pizza but….
It sure was good!
Recipe:
- Grease the pan!
- 1 baked local Acorn Squash
- Bunch of fresh home grown Tomatoes smashed and boiled down into sauce
- Havarti and Mozzarella cheeses
- Scrambled eggs with plenty of butter
- Bake squash again at like 425° or something until it looks good
- Add the top layers and switch oven to broil until melted.
I was a little impatient about cooking this one, so the crust wasn’t a “crust”. Not totally sure it ever could be, but it’s still fantastic with a fork!
