Guacamole Deviled eggs

I bought some avocados last week, so I decided to make the recipe that was featured on Marks Daily Apple today. Tasty stuff. Give it a try!

This looks delicious. Avocados are very healthy and I eat them mainly at breakfast. I will give this recipe a try.

It’s a tasty recipe, but for some the boiled eggs can have some repercussions ;)

Wow, that looks like an amazing dish! I’m a huge fan of avocados and I love how they provide “healthy” fat to any dish. The idea of combining them in with deviled eggs never would’ve crossed my mind. Thanks for the inspiration!

I do like the idea of guacamole and deviled eggs. Avocados are my go-to when I need something to keep me fuller for longer. I just had one in a shake this morning.

Funny that the first recipe I stumble on is the first one I vowed to cook from MDA. I will definately make these tomorrow. Did you use the hot sauce with them, or keep them plain?

@Justine, I just ate them just like this. I always get too excited and eat everything before I can try different stuff (like hot sauce) ;)

I made this a few months ago (saw the recipe elsewhere) for a party. I ended up eating about 6 eggs worth of them myself because everyone else was scared of guacamole. LAME!

    Delicious stuff, though!

I served it with bacon-wrapped chicken livers.

I called it “green eggs and ham”

…I ended up eating most of the bacon-livers too. :)

@Carl, DUDE…. I hate you. You do know I’m eating 100% veg now. LMFAO

I would have told them, “See, here are these delicious treats I made. Too bad you’re not on my weird diet. I guess I’ll just have eat them all and feel like a rockstar. You can eat your gluten and feel like shit.”
