Chicken Crust Pizza (aka Meatza)

Chicken Crust Pizza Meatza

No Plants in this crust! (well a few herbs)

  1. 30oz of pureed raw chicken breast, 3 eggs, 1T red palm oil.
  2. Added spices to the meat dough. Parsley & Italian.
  3. Buttered a pizza pan (This is very important to not forget!).
  4. Spread over 10″ pizza pan and baked 375°F for 25 minutes.
  5. Added 1/4 cup of tomato sauce & 2oz of graded parmesan.
  6. Heated to melt cheese.
  7. Sliced, ate it, and wished I had 9 more!

I will do this one again!

Next time I will add at least another 1T of red palm oil and also T or 2 of butter to the batter for a hair more moisture & fat flavor!

I thought it was an original idea, until I saw a “Meatza” done with ground beef.

Pureed chicken is more like a real crust and looks like one too, so I still think I’m cool ;)

I bet something like this would be awesome with some pesto sauce, onions, mushrooms, and black olives.

just attempted to make this… the blender stalled at the first breast, so: 4 eggs, 3T coco oil, 12 oz of chicken all blended into a nice paste, then 6 more oz of chicken chopped small. Made a nice 12″ crust with just 18 oz chicken, I can’t imagine how you did it with 30 oz?

anyway delicious, I topped it with a can of tomato paste, a chopped sauteed onion with butter, 12 oz of mozzarella, and anchovies on top.

Nice recovery! You had me at “Mozerella & Anchovies” ;) – Sounds fantastic!

Yes, it may have to be split up if using a regular blender. I have a Vita-Mix, the most awesome blender ever made.

Now this is what I am talking about!! Although I’d omit the cheese – but it still sounds fabulous! Mmmm Anchovies!
