Cheese-less Cauliflower/Almond Pizza
Crust = 1 large riced Cauliflower, 3 eggs, 3/4c almond flour. Bake 25 minutes at 450°
Sauce = 2 (6oz) cans tomato paste, 1 (8oz) can tomato sauce, with lots of spices!
Sliced hard boiled eggs added to the top as an afterthought. It ended up being a good idea. Rich flavor & the same texture as cold cheese. Make sure you grease the pan before putting on the dough.










Did you find the almond flour made a difference to just using eggs + cauliflower as the base? I was quite happy with the results (newlyplanted – no flour pizza)

I love almond anything so I’d probably add it anyway, but I feel like it gives it a bit more of a “crust.” I’ll probably add a bit of cheese (maybe almond cheese) back to it again next time to help hold it together.
Non-primal pansy feeders might find a “cauliflower only” crust to be a bit too much like… well, cauliflower!
